Rebag offers a straightforward 7-day return window for all items, ensuring you are completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition with the Rebag security tag attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Rebag account and visit the 'Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your return authorization.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure your package is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the item, including all original packaging, dust bags, and authenticity cards, into a secure shipping box with the security tag intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
